In U.S. Real Estate, 3D Printed Houses are Getting Revolutionized!

Building homes is very costly. But 3d printed houses can reduce the cost greatly in the near future. They are built with robotic technologies. The engineers set them in a place in a speedy process that saves time.
We should accept that a 3D printer cannot do the full work, but it can help to build 40% of the parts of a house structure, says Kirk Anderson, the director for SQ4D Inc. This company is a popular 3D printing company based on Patchogue on New York’s Long Island.
According to 3Dnatives, SQ4D is going to place their first 3D printed house for sale in the U.S. It is going to be placed on the Riverhead, New York. It is a 1,400 square-foot house that has three bedrooms. It is priced at $299,00.
The cost is approximately 80% of the average cost of the homes in the area. According to Redfin, a real estate brokerage, the median cost in this area is around $370,000.
According to Anderson, the 3D printing process of the home can save 20% to 30% of your overall bill.
3D printers are getting very popular among home builders. A Texas-based construction company Icon first built the 3D printed neighbourhood in Mexico.
Mighty Buildings in California has its own 3D printing equipment and offers the customers building varieties of beautiful, customizable homes.
The cofounders of the Mighty Buildings, SAM Reuben, said to CBS News that their unique technology helps to create geometric shape more accurately. Even they can do curves and other free-form for the customized design.
